TactGuard Demo Terms and Privacy Notice

Version 2026-06-01-demo-v1

This TactGuard environment is provided for demonstration, evaluation, training, and configuration discussion. It is not intended to be used as the official production system of record.

For demo access, TactGuard Demo may process the minimum information needed to operate access and security: name, company, business contact details, access justification, preferred language, login identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and audit records.

Users must not enter real personal data, sensitive data, production records, customer or supplier data, employee records, RFID identifiers, photos, quality incidents, financial data, trade secrets, or confidential factory information unless they are authorized to do so and a written data-protection arrangement is in place.

Any extra content entered by a user is the user and requesting organization's responsibility. The demo operator is not responsible for unauthorized, unnecessary, or unlawful data voluntarily entered into the demo contrary to these terms.

In serious production use, TactGuard is deployed on the customer's local factory servers or other approved customer-controlled infrastructure. The customer or factory determines the purposes and means of production data processing and is responsible for local IT security, access administration, backups, retention, GDPR compliance, and data-subject handling under its own policies and applicable law. TactGuard support accesses or processes production data only under documented instructions and agreed support conditions.

Users must use their own credentials, keep passwords confidential, access only data they are authorized to see, and report suspected misuse or security incidents to the responsible administrator.

For demo access data, contact TactGuard Demo to request correction or deletion where applicable. For production data, contact the customer or factory administrator, IT department, or data protection contact.
